I have been doing computer repair for more than 7 years, working for regular home users to businesses and non-profit organizations like Computer's For Kids in Canada, where I have rebuilt and repaired donated and/or non-working computers for children with special needs or hospitals. I have also worked for 2 multi-family home complex’s, providing residents with IT and Tech services ranging from Networking, Virus Removals and Comprehensive Clean-ups to Software Installs.

I am always researching the latest in technology and repair methods so you don’t have to. You spend less time and frustration trying to fix your issues and more time just enjoying and using the tech you rely on every day. Whether for school, work, or recreation, technology should work for you!

As for myself, I like to think of computer repair as a puzzle to be solved. No two computers are the same and no two solutions are the same. From security threats, hardware and software; new problems arise what can seem daily and I find the work fascinating. I won’t stop until I get the job done and done right.

I check in with my clients for 2 weeks after the repair to make sure things are still running smoothly and to make sure that the work is satisfactory, although I wouldn’t describe fixing computer's as work more than my passion.

I started this not-for-profit organization because I wanted to help people. Every computer I fix makes a difference in someone's life, My mission is to help clients reach goals by giving them the tools they need to succeed. whether that means installing Skype so a Great Aunt can have some face-time with her nephew or cleaning a virus-ridden hard drive so a Real Estate professional can run her home business on the go and fully online without worry of security breeches.
